Ingredients (4 potions):
2 breasts of chicken
4 scallions thinly cut
4 cloves of garlic
Juice from 1 orange
2 tbsp. ginger syrup
Salt & pepper
Thyme, basil, parsley, mint, oregano
1 pack of pasta
Some chicken stock
Cut the chicken in medium blocks of 5 cm.
Cut the scallions and the garlic in medium pieces.
Put olive oil in a frying pan and fry the scallions and the garlic for 2 minutes.
Put the chicken blocks and stir them until they are slightly cooked.
Put some salt & pepper.
Pour the ginger syrup and the orange juice.
Put some chicken stock and let it absorb the liquids while it is cooking for about 15 minutes.
Boil the spaghetti and mix them with the cooked chicken.
Put the herbs, fresh or dry over the food and mix well.
Serve with a glass of white wine and Enjoy!
