When it comes to avocado, I have to say it’s all about the mood. A healthy snack that except the salads it can be combined with, you can just eat it like that plain or even better with some crackers and some Gouda cheese (classic Dutch value). Don’t forget to improvise when it comes to avocado. Any type of cracker, extra spread, all kinds of nuts (almonds or walnuts suggested) chicken, herbs, anything. It’s you and your taste. Enjoy!
